There may be an hourly charge for this visit depending on the nature of your request, but a sliding scale fee can be arranged for low-income individuals and students, please ask for this assistance if cost is a hardship. No.3 Annex is ADA Accessible and there is parking on premises if necessary for access. If you’re driving, there is free 2-hour parking on Main Street, and longer parking in the free Van Nydeck public lot behind our building. Locally, the Beacon Free Loop bus stops in front. If you’re coming from NYC, the Beacon Train Station on the MTA Hudson Line has a bus stop for the Beacon Free Loop. On foot, it’s a one-mile, 30 minute walk down Main Street, just past the Beacon Theater. Please include any needs you may have so we can be of assistance. No.3 Reading Room & Photo Book Works does not discriminate on any basis, is open to all and is a safe space for quiet reading, contemplation and conversation.
COVID-19 Policy: The following measures will be in place for visitor’s safety: guests must be completely vaccinated and show proof of vaccination at the first visit; not have been recently exposed to Covid-19 and wear a medical grade KN-95 mask regardless of vaccine status. Masks may only be removed for drinking while maintaining a safe social distance. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home. If you’re at an increased risk of severe illness, you should consider waiting until warmer weather for outdoor sitting. No.3 Reading Room cannot guarantee that visitors will not be exposed to Covid-19 during your visit, so attendance is at your own risk.
